The Life Changes Trust treats your data and privacy seriously. We will never sell your data on to any third parties, and will never use it for unscrupulous purposes or to sell you anything.

What information we collect and how we use it

As part of the ‘Give Us Feedback’ function of the Site we collect personal data (your name and email address).  We use that data solely to respond to your feedback as required.  We don't rent, sell or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.  We will not use the information you provide us with for any purpose other than responding to you.


We may also use information obtained about you from cookies (files which are sent by Us to your computer or other access device) which We can access when you visit the Site in future. When you visit the Site, We may also log your IP address, a unique identifier for your computer or other access device.

We use third party services Google Analytics and Squarespce Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns on our website. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google or Squarespace to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.


Transfers and Third Party Information

By providing Us with your personal information, you consent to Our processing your information for the purposes set out in this Privacy Commitment and you consent to Our transferring your information to countries or jurisdictions which do not provide the same level of data protection as the UK, if necessary for the above purposes. If We do make such a transfer, We or they will, if appropriate, put a contract in place to ensure that your information is protected such as sign up to the EU-US Privacy Shield.

If you provide Us with Information about another person, you confirm that they have appointed you to act for them to consent to the processing of their information and that you have informed them of Our identity and the purposes (as set out in this Privacy Commitment) for which their information will be processed.
